Happy New Year, everyone, and welcome to my newly-redesigned website. The year that passed was indeed a busy and hectic one for me, and 2010 is fast shaping up to be just as exciting.

First off, I’m happy to let you know that after a one-year hiatus from the concert series scene, Cerrudo Classico will be staged once again. Our series this year is called “Words And Music” and we’ll be featuring songs from the greatest songwriter/composers of all time. “We” is the same team from past Classico series, composed of the rhythm ensemble of the Manila Philharmonic Orchestra under the musical direction of Maestro Rodel Colmenar, and of course with stage direction by my mentor, direk Freddie Santos. This series will run on all Wednesdays from May 12th through December 8th.

Secondly, I’m working on a new cd called “Cerrudo Classico: Love Around The World”. This is a compilation of the most-appreciated songs from my 2008 series of the same title at the Captain’s Bar of the Mandarin Oriental. This will be ready in time for the series’ opening night, and will be available for sale through this website and at my concerts.
